General Delivery Policy
Please note that on rare occasion, for reasons out of our control, some situations may cause your delivery to stray from this policy.
Service Standard
We will endeavor to ship all orders on the following business day if ordered on a weekday by 3PM EST. All other orders require one to two business days to process before shipping. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by freight carriers.
Ordering and Shipping Confirmation
Upon successfully submitting your order, you will immediately see a receipt containing your order number and order details, which you should print for your records. After ordering, you will also receive an email confirmation from this website containing your order details.
Shipping Methods
We ship all standard orders with the USPS.
Payment Options
We currently accept PayPal (using MasterCard, VISA, Amex and Discover credit cards, as well as debit cards). We also accept checks or money orders sent to Financial Issues Stewardship Ministries or "FISM," PO Box 270, Westown, PA 19395.
Sales Tax and Other Charges
If you have your order shipped to an address in the state of Pennsylvania, sales tax of 6% will be added to your order at the time of check out.
Backorders
Occasionally an item could become "out of stock" after your order is placed, but before your order is fulfilled. In this event, we will offer you 2 options. 1) We will ship the portion that is in stock and you may wait for the backordered items to arrive, or 2) Refund your payment in full for the backordered items.
